Shipping Policy

We understand the value of your purchase and want to ensure that it arrives to you safely. That's why we offer fully insured shipping on all orders. All orders will be shipped with insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit.

    • Domestic Shipping:
      • Free Shipping on orders over $250
    • International Shipping: 
      • PlatinumOnly offers shipping to most countries. Please contact us at salesteam@platinumonly.com if you are unsure if your country allows the shipping of platinum jewelry.
      • Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the customer. Your country may decide to charge you a duty tax, Platinum Only is not responsible for the duty tax. If you fail to pay your duty tax and Gracious Rose Jewelry receives the tax bill, we will charge the amount of duty tax to your credit card.
      • Common Countries we ship to include but are not limited to:
        • Australia, Canada, parts of Europe, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Denmark and more.

Please note that in the event a package is refused or returned, we will not issue a refund credit for the shipping cost.

Return Policy

At PlatinumOnly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept returns of merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

    • Items must be in new, unused and unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • Personalized, customized or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Items marked as "Made to Order" are not eligible for a return.
    • Custom Made Chains are not eligible for a return.

To initiate a return, please include the original copy of your invoice and all original tags/packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    • You do not need a RMA #, include your original invoice.
    • All packages should be fully insured and signature required.
    • Avoid writing "Jewelry" on the outside of your packaging.
    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, excluding shipping costs.

    • Qualified returns made with affirm as method of payment are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement or issue a refund upon receiving the item back.

We stand behind the quality of our products and will do our best to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Exchange Policy

To be eligible for an exchange:

    • Items can be exchanged for store-credit or another item within 30 days of delivery
    • Items must be in new, unused and unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • Personalized, customized or engraved items are not eligible for exchange.
    • Items marked as "Made to Order" are not eligible for a exchange.
    • Custom Made Chains are not eligible for an exchange.
    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
    • All packages should be fully insured and signature required.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at salesteam@platinumonly.com or 1-888-838-0436. We will provide you with instructions for sending your item back to us and will ship the new item to you after receiving the original item. Please note that shipping costs for the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.
