Our Return Policy
Most of the chains on this site are "custom" and non-returnable. We offer samples (on deposit) for many of our styles to ensure your satisfaction. For items that are returnable, we will accept the product in it's original package up to 15 days from the date of shipment for a full refund. An additional 15 days for a store credit. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. Shipping charges for returns are non-refundable. Special Order pieces are non-refundable. Items that have been damaged, altered, or customized (such as sized) are non-returnable.

Our store accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and American Express as well as payment by check, Direct Wire, or money order. We are Also using PayPal which accepts a variety of payments. We are Happy to take your order by phone. Check must be sent prior to order shipping. Check may take up to 6 days to clear before shipping.
